Job Description

A client in the Orlando, FL area is looking for a HOA Manager to join their team. This HOA Manager role supports 31 properties and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position oversees a team of four to five accountants and manages key accounting functions, including tangible and property tax payments, audit reviews, balance sheets, reconciliations, and journal entries. On a monthly basis, the manager runs financials from the system, reviews results, and distributes reports to resort General Managers. They can be expected to handle 1,100 reconciliations.
