This role is responsible for supervising electricians, apprentices, and laborers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all plans, specifications, codes, and company standards.The Electrical Foreman will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate materials and manpower, maintain project timelines, and uphold GreenSpark's safety and quality expectations.Essential Job Functions & Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise field crews on commercial solar construction sitesInterpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematicsCoordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project schedulesEnsure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and industry standardsConduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipmentCommunicate daily project updates to supervisors and site leadershipEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety standardsEducation & QualificationsHigh School Diploma, equivalent, or vocational training3+ years of experience leading crews in commercial electrical constructionExperience in commercial solar (PV) preferredOSHA 30 certificationStrong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to travel up to 100% during active construction projectsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred:Journeyman or Master Electrician licensePV installation experienceMechanically inclinedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to hear and distinguish job site sounds, including backup alarms and verbal communicationPerks & BenefitsSalary Range:Level I: $33-$39/hourLevel II: $80,000-$90,000Level III: $90,000-$110,000+Weekly payQuarterly bonus potentialCompany vehicle provided401(k) with profit sharingComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO annually, accrued per hours worked and available after 90 days (increases after 3 years)12 days paid sick leave8 paid company-wide closure daysProfessional development and training opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet-friendly work environmentGreat candidates will be problem solvers, have a self-starter mentality, practice confidentiality, good time management skills, and can pay attention to detail!GreenSpark Solar is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
