Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Bachelor's degree • Minimum overall experience of 10+ years in software testing.• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tosca testing tool.• Leading customer discussions• Developing test strategies• Creating and executing test plans• Managing test teams and overseeing defects lifecycle management. • Worked with various test tools - TOSCA, Worksoft • Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Effective communication and collaboration skills.• Excellent communication skills, proven both in relations with teammates, partners, customers, and external stakeholders• Completed university degree• Excellent Business Communication Skill• Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultantsMust Have • Strong expertise in manual testing of web applications.• Proficient in using testing tools such as Tosca, QTest.• Experience in automation and performance testing.• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Organization (ADO).Generic Managerial Skills, If any• Analyze test automation plans along with execution • Design and implement Test Automation plan• Lead team and customer discussion• Document Test cases functional designs and processes
