Potwash Lead

We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Lead and perform dedicated to cleaning sanitizing, and transporting kitchen equipment Wash and sanitize pots, pans, plates, and cookware using dishwashing equipmentObserve and monitor daily cleaning functions of all production and non-productions areas as required by necessity.Clean drains and dishwashing machines at the end of each shiftMaintain a clean and sanitary work area at all timesFollow all food safety and hygiene regulations (SSOP)Report any food safety concerns to a supervisor or the hygiene teamPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a pot washer, cleaner, or housekeeping attendant preferredKnowledge of cleaning protocols and chemicalsProactive, self-organized, and able to manage a substantial workloadComfortable working independently and in a team environmentAbility to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks on timePhysically able to move, lift, carry, push, or pull items as neededFlexible with work schedule (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)What we offer:Competitive Pay- $26.52 hourlyDaily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).FT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.
