Responsibilities • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for end users. • Monitor and respond quickly to requests received through our internal task order system. • Responsible for the maintenance and operations of computer systems and networks. • Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange site maintenance and operations • Assume other duties as assigned. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred • Desire to support local users in a helpdesk role; experience preferred, but training is provided. • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions. • Strong analytical skills to determine effective approaches to business solutions. • Organization and problem-solving skills.
