And we're agile, which means you can make a difference with your career, while learning, growing and having fun!OPPORTUNITY SUMMARYThe Service Project Manager (Audio-Visual) is a client facing role responsible for planning and executing project objectives specific to the deployment of Cenero's Audio-Visual support services. Plan, initiate, and manage technology projects. Lead and guide the work of internal and customer technical teams. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.LOCATIONThis is a hybrid position based in our Malvern, PA headquarters. You must be able to commute to Malvern at least 3 days per week.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work within Cenero's project framework to coordinate all aspects of assigned project deliverables including:Develop project plan, schedule & milestonesVerify that scope and deliverables match stakeholder requirements and fit within business goalsManage and monitor all project activities according to planCoordinate and distribute project progress updates as required in planCoordinate and schedule all project resources, internal and externalManage and maintain project records, electronic files and database informationEnsure compliance with document management control processesMaintain and manage project financial plan and budget:Review, approve or escalate contract T&C's as required based on business goalsManage project financial milestonesManage labor expenses for internal resources and subcontractorsCoordinate all potential change ordersMonitor project activities for potential sales opportunitiesManage material deliveries, secure storage, and returnsWhen required, ensure that shipping, delivery and storage documentation is accurate and completeManage and monitor project risk with escalation as requiredEnsure compliance with time tracking and financial recordsManage acceptance testing, sign off and project close-outProvide project leadership :Assume ownership of project successAct in accordance with Cenero's core values and professionally manage stakeholder expectationsProvide positive and effective communications to all stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and site work as required by project planEnsure that all project resources have complete and accurate information required to fulfill their project roleEnsure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and are documented within the project quality control processOccasional travel to client sites as neededOther duties as assigned.SKILLS Understanding of construction project management, project management theory, and common scheduling practicesTechnical understanding audiovisual systems design, configuration, and installationTechnical understanding of IT network infrastructure and securityAdept with audiovisual best practices for implementationProven ability to significantly contribute toward or lead operation initiativesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyProven problem-solving skills and creative thinking to ensure success of objectivesAbility to motivate and effectively collaborate with project team members comprised of technical and administrative personnelAbility to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlinesDemonstrated customer service focus and present professional, client-facing communication skillsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate required activities with internal, external resources. Manage subcontractors and field personnel through Cenero processes and Operations Management.
