Title: Desktop Support Analyst Consultant Location: New York, NY Position Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range: $35.00-$42.00 Per HR Job Description: Join our team as a Desktop Support Analyst Consultant in New York, NY, where you'll provide top-tier IT support in a contract role. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality desktop support services, managing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in various technology environments is essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions. Address and escalate service issues promptly. Represent local needs during the development of technical standards. Provide user coaching both onsite and remotely. Maintain and improve service levels according to global standards. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years supporting desktop environments with at least 500 clients. Experience with Windows OS and Office Suites for 4 years. Experience with Apple devices for 4 years. Relevant certifications are strongly preferred. Experience supporting both onsite and remote users.
