You're energized by collaboration, detail-oriented work and fast-moving priorities, and you stay grounded even when things shift quickly.You're someone who:• Understands that strong sales outcomes start with clarity, responsiveness and trust• Looks for ways to make processes smoother for others• Is comfortable asking questions, speaking up and navigating ambiguity• Takes ownership of their work and follows throughHere's the work you'll be doing to support our growth and customer experience:Sales & Broker Support• Serve as a primary point of contact for a large broker and agent network via phone and email• Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, MGAs, Blue Plans and internal sales partners• Support sales directors and managers with quote and proposal preparation for short- and long-term products• Partner with enrollment and accounts payable teams to help resolve commission and billing questionsPre-Sales & Implementation Support• Support the pre-sales and underwriting process to ensure products are understood, implemented efficiently and positioned appropriately• Assist with broker and agent onboarding and contract intake, review, processing and maintenance• Collaborate closely with teammates to support application enrollments and ensure a smooth handoff across teamsReporting, Data & Enablement• Create and distribute clear, accurate sales reports within tight timelines• Maintain and manage contact data, including lead and business card information collected at conferences and events• Support quality assurance activities and ongoing website testing to improve accuracy and usabilityConferences, Events & Logistics• Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and sales events• Manage logistics including registration, shipping of materials, exhibit setup and breakdown• Coordinate with vendors for events, client meetings, and promotional items• Track expenses and budgets related to conferences and eventsThis might be the right fit for you if...• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• You thrive in a client-service or sales-support environment and can manage multiple projects at once• You communicate clearly and confidently, including with senior-level stakeholders• You're adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable navigating changing priorities• You're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, timely workBonus points if you have:• Experience working with brokers, agents, or insurance-related products• Salesforce experience• Spanish language skillsThis role requires obtaining a Health & Accident license within 90 days of hire (support provided).What you'll get in return:• Competitive base pay + annual bonus• Competitive medical plans• Telemedicine available• Paid parental leave• Employee assistance and wellness support 24/7• Free international healthcare coverageOther Great Perks:• Hybrid work model• Work abroad arrangements available• Generous PTO accrual program with carry-over option• 9 paid holidays in addition to one floating holiday and one volunteer day• Tuition reimbursement• Career/Learning and development opportunities• 401(k) with generous company match• Pet insurance offerings• Identify theft and legal coverages available• Emphasis on well-being (Virtual well-being platform, monthly mindfulness events, and giveaways)Competitive base pay starting at $23.23/hr.
