Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a General Manager for its operations at Bethany Home in Ripon, CA. The General Manager will report directly to the District Manager and will oversee all food service operations. Bethany is a remarkable, Christian, faith-based senior living community, where everyone welcomes one another. Bethany offers four unique independent living neighborhoods from cozy one-bedroom apartments to spacious two-bedroom cottage homes.What You'll DoThe successful candidate will:have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
