As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for our young students.Responsibilities:- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children- Provide support to children with daily routines such as toileting, dressing, and eating- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment- Observe and document children's progress and behavior- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunitiesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or CDA in preschool- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with others- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary clearancesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
