FORKLIFT OPERATOR

** 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) $20.00 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $1.50 per hour (differential) **Requirements:• Must have experience using forklift equipment.• Previous warehouse experience required.• Ability to stand/walk for an 8 -12-hour shift.• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work independently.• Basic math skills.Job Duties:• Picking sorting and making customer orders ready for shipment to customer locations.• Maintaining accurate case counts at all times.• Load/unload product from carriers.• Loading finished packages onto pallets/skids utilizing correct stack pattern.• Moving pallets with upright and counterbalance forklifts.• Shrink wrapping pallets utilizing shrink wrap machine and/or manual wrap.• Inspecting pallets insuring they are up to spec and appropriate for shipments.• Cleaning work areas and/or maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment.• Keeping work areas organized.• Keeping fork trucks operating by following operating instructions, performing limited preventive maintenance, advising management when there is a problem that requires vendor repair and/or safety lockout.• Manual movement of materials as required.• Counting for inventory as required.• Other duties as required should there be a business need which may fall under the purview of other logistics personnel job duty descriptions.To apply online visit our website:
