This role offers exposure to advanced technologies, structured on-the-job development, and flexible scheduling, making it ideal for candidates seeking stability and career growth in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.Responsibilities- Access secure test areas and operate program test set computers- Log and track electronic components in CMES per procedural instructions- Execute NGJ-specific tasks: pressure test TRIMMS, RF Collectors, and manual probe testing on CCAs- Perform GEN5/HTM4/TEAL-specific duties including robotic test set operations- Accurately record Pass/Fail dispositions within CMES to maintain product traceability- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards- Work collaboratively within a laboratory/test production settingRequired Skills and Experience- Active security clearance (mandatory-no exceptions)- Experience in electronic testing environments- Strong familiarity with CMES- Attention to detail and commitment to high safety standards- Ability to work assigned shifts, including compressed, hybrid, night, or weekend schedules- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle electronic componentsPreferred Skills- Prior experience with NGJ, GEN5, HTM4, or TEAL testing processes- Familiarity with robotic test setsBenefits- Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $26.46/hr depending on shift- Multiple shift options: compressed, standard, and hybrid schedules to suit lifestyle needs- Consistent full-time hours with opportunities for overtime- Access to advanced technology and skill development- Work in a secure, team-oriented, growth-driven environmentHow to ApplyTo be considered, submit your resume with your preferred shift clearly indicated in the header.
