Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team and drive impactful storytelling across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will produce compelling and engaging content for social media, presentations, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring mission and innovative solutions resonate with diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:• Content Development: o Create engaging and platform-specific content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, tailored to target audiences. o Design visually appealing and informative presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) for client pitches, webinars, internal meetings, and other events. o Develop high-quality blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, and other written content showcasing TRST01's expertise in sustainability and technology. o Write compelling and persuasive copy for email marketing campaigns, advertisements, website pages, and other marketing materials. o Produce short-form videos and reels optimized for social media channels to boost engagement and brand visibility.• Creative Strategy: o Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content strategies align with overall marketing goals and brand identity. o Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and ensure relevance. o Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of assets and consistent content flow.• Branding and Storytelling: o Craft and maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all content types and platforms to reinforce client's brand identity. o Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively highlight client's impact, showcase client success stories, and promote innovative solutions.• Performance Monitoring: o Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement (likes, shares, comments), reach, website traffic, and conversions. o Use data insights to inform content strategy adjustments and optimize content for maximum impact and effectiveness.Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.• 3+ years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with a strong command of grammar and style.• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics tools.• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimization.• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience in sustainability, ESG, or technology-related industries is a significant plus.
