Hospitality and Events Coordinator CHARLOTTE, NC **Hybrid** Contract $35.28/hr - $38.66/hr Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! Contract Duration: 12 Months **Required Skills & Experience** - Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations. - Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) preferred. - Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. **Desired Skills & Experience** + Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) **What You Will Be Doing** + This contractor will support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. This role focuses on operational delivery, partner coordination, and asset fulfillment to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives.Role: Hospitality Contractor will support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events.
