This is an internal enablement role supporting fully billable employees who require near-100% laptop uptime. The CX Associate is the first onsite responder and plays a key role in delivering a positive, professional end-user experience.ResponsibilitiesWalk-up and desk-side IT supportTroubleshoot Windows 10, Office 365, and SharePoint issuesLaptop hardware repair, imaging, and software installsEnd-to-end ticket ownership using ServiceNow or RemedySupport printers, copiers, conference rooms, and video conferencingAsset tracking and inventory managementParticipate in major incident calls and escalation processesSupport internal meetings, events, and conferencesRoutine maintenance of IT spaces, equipment, and on-site inventoryClear communication, proactive updates, and ownership through resolutionRequired Qualifications1-3 years of desktop or end-user support experienceStrong Windows and Microsoft Office skillsTicketing system experience (ServiceNow or Remedy preferred)Hands-on laptop hardware troubleshootingComfortable supporting executives and billable professionalsStrong communication, organizational, and customer-service skillsNice to HaveLarge corporate or professional services environment experienceMSP backgroundiOS and Android support exposureNot a Fit If You AreSeeking remote or hybrid workComing strictly from call-center or phone-only supportUncomfortable with face-to-face user interaction#PCFA #Public Accounting
