Job Description

The SCA Coordinator is responsible for the complete and detailed audit of each vehicle that is identified. The Auditor reports directly to the SCA Manager (based on shift). They Auditor integrates within the assembly plant and cross-functional team. They manage and lead the full scope of SCA standardized audit and continuous improvement efforts to ensure vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. The Auditor will be a leader within the Quality Organization and will be expected to execute with impeccable detail and focus to identify all potential issues best-in-class quality, a favorable industry reputation, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Direct/manage product audit daily activities, tasks and initiatives.Develop and implement a successful business plan for SWA that supports corporate objectives, processes, and standards for product audit.Manage/Direct CPA union staff. Including; posting, qualifying/testing candidates, training, certification, scheduling, expense approval, and calibration operations.Monitor individual auditor results to identify individual training needs along with yearly calibration/certification of auditors (Includes: Hearing, Vision, and auditing performance)Provide first level review of audit conditions requiring clarificationConduct daily electronic manual vehicle selection to assure mix is consistent with daily production build.Ensure documentation of conditions identified, with immediate issue owner identification and awareness.Manages all major aspects of vehicle auditing (i.e. SWA, VLO) and oversees data analysis for comparison to daily vehicle audits. Communicating results to SWA staff, Quality, and Plant Management.Work across functional organizations to drive cultural change throughout the organizationEstablish quality and reliability standards for customer product audits and quality processes.Drive the plant to resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, RRT, CSN)Support SPW Customer Experience Pillar by leading resolution of Quality issuesMaintain SWA data measurement collection and reporting systemsEnsure all equipment within the facility is calibrated and in working order.Deliver cars in conformity (SWA, TDF and VLO must be within assigned targets)Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Effective presentation/public speaking skillsAble to demonstrate both coaching and teachingStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivated and directedAbility to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projectsAbility to work off shift hours and weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications:Engineering/Technical degree or Bachelor's degree and equivalent experienceExperience supervising hourly employeesPrevious Manufacturing and/or Quality experienceStellantis Customer Experience, preferably in Safety, Cost, Station Layout Quality and EnvironmentWell versed in both Microsoft and Google applications
