Reach Truck Operators

Position: Reach Truck Operator (Talent Pool)Location: Lithia Springs & Austell, GASchedule: Various Shifts (1st, 2nd, and Weekend Availability)Pay: $18-$21/hrJob Type: Temp to HireJob Summary:We are actively building a talent pool of experienced Reach Truck Operators to support upcoming openings with multiple clients in the Lithia Springs and Austell area. These roles will support daily warehouse operations including material movement, order fulfillment, and inventory control across a variety of fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Operate reach trucks to move, load, and store materials in racking systemsPick and stage orders using RF scanners or pick sheetsPerform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement tasksLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle countingFollow all safety procedures and equipment guidelinesKeep work areas clean and organizedAssist with general warehouse duties as neededMust Haves:Recent experience operating a reach truck forkliftAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentExperience using RF scanners or warehouse management systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shiftReliable transportation and consistent attendancePreferred Skills:Experience in distribution, logistics, or food production environmentsFamiliarity with GMP or safety-regulated facilitiesExperience with multiple types of material handling equipment
