What to Expect The Estimating Quality Assurance Associate is a key member of the team dedicated to maintaining Tesla's high standards for collision estimates. This individual performs detailed reviews of estimates from our internal collision centers, verifying compliance with standards of fairness, accuracy, and documentation to ensure our commitments to insurance partners and customers are met.
