Job Title: Experienced Shipping ClerkLocation: Zephyr Tool Group - Inglewood, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:45pmSalary: $18.50 - $22.50 depending on experienceSummary:Zephyr Tool Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated. Prior experience is helpful but not necessary. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, and LTL/TL freight carriersCoordinate domestic and international shipping logisticsAccurately package, label, and document outbound shipmentsMaintain organized shipping and receiving recordsCommunicate effectively with internal departments and external carriersVerify contents of shipments and inspect for damage or discrepanciesLift and move packages up to 75 lbs regularlyMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentQualifications:Previous shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse or logistics setting not required but a plus.Proficiency with a computer and data entry.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP or inventory management systems a plusFamiliarity with customs forms and international compliance regulations a plusWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentTo Apply:Please attach your resume and submit your application.
