In this role, you aren't just filling seats-you are building careers and strengthening the Greenville business community.Recruiting Specialist Primary Responsibilities include:Your main responsibility is the full-cycle recruitment and placement of qualified candidates, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline and exceptional client satisfaction.Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various job boards, social media, and creative recruiting techniques to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Talent Selection: Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, perform thorough reference checks, and present the best-fit applicants to our clients.Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing plans, review requisitions, and provide updates on candidate status and market trends.Business Development: Proactively call current and past customers to discuss our top candidates and identify upcoming staffing needs.Data Integrity: Maintain our Talent Management System (Bullhorn) to ensure candidate information and records are accurate and up-to-date.Recruiting Specialist Requirements include:Professional Experience: 2 or more years of recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
