For more information, click here.Role reports to:Senior Customer Development ManagerLocation:North America, United States, Arkansas, RogersWork Location:HybridWhat you will doThe Senior Customer Development Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions and developing customer segmentation models to better target marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to better target marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer development initiatives.Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership that communicate key insights and recommendations.Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.Perform data mining activities and analysis to identify potential marketing opportunities.Analyze and interpret both internal and external factors that affect sales performanceProvide insights to sales and marketing management on sales force effectiveness.Troubleshoot inquiries about account alignments and performance data and provide counsel and actionable information.Conduct training in the effective use of data (third party and contracted), applications, and tools provided to make a difference in sales results producedPrepare presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings.Utilize or coordinate business systems to gather key information on sales, cost, and key activity informationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer development and analytics.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.2-4 years of experience in a related role, with a proven track record of success.Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desired QualificationsStrong proficiency in data mining and analysis.Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and ScrumExperience with version control systems such as Git.Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.#LI-NR1What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$90.100,00 - $127.200,00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
