Trade school experience is a plus.Familiar with FANUC control preferred but not required.Lathe and mill experience preferred but not requiredMust have an understanding of the difference between different types of turning inserts (CNMG, VNMG, DNMG, etc.) and what their functions are.Must have an understanding of how feed rates and spindle speeds differ for different types of materials.Must be able to set up either machine for a specific job with minimal assistance.Must have confidence in problem-solving but not be afraid to ask for assistance if unsure.
