Their team is remote, tight-knit, and passionate about helping cannabis brands grow, with creativity and edge.We're looking for a Senior Packaging Designer based outside the U.S. to join the team. In this role, you'll lead packaging design efforts from the earliest concept to press-ready files, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver packaging that's visually compelling, strategically grounded, and production-ready.What You'll Do:Design packaging for cannabis products, accessories, and morefrom concept through to final productionTranslate brand positioning into bold, shelf-smart designWork closely with strategists and creative teammates across multiple time zonesStay sharp on packaging trends, global markets, and design innovationsPresent your concepts clearly and confidently, incorporating client feedbackPrepare technically sound, print-ready files that follow specs and brand guidelinesCollaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure high-quality executionMentor junior designers and offer constructive feedbackJuggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and clarityWhat Were Looking For:Based outside of the United States (this is a global remote role)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience5+ years in packaging design, ideally in the cannabis industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) settingsA first-class portfolio showcasing packaging design expertise across various formats and substrates (boxes, labels, shrink, etc.)Expert in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and PhotoshopSolid grasp of printing techniques, dielines, substrates, and print production Strong communication and presentation skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage time across international teamsBonus points if you've worked with cannabis or regulated products, and mentoring or creative leadership experienceWhy You'll Love It:Fully remote, globally connectedWork with edgy, entrepreneurial brandsCollaborate with a team that values creativity and good peopleUSD-based compensationFlexible hours across time zonesOpportunity to help shape the brand's creative visionSalary:$18K USD - $20K USD - AnnualReady to apply?Please send your resume, portfolio, and any relevant case studies our way.
