If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and teamwork—this is the opportunity for you.   What You’ll Do Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and FCAW welding on a variety of materials Weld stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other metals Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications Complete fit-ups and welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions Ensure all work meets ASME and AWS quality standards   What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on welding experience Certification in GMAW, FCAW, and/or GTAW preferred Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation skills Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods Lift 25–50 lbs as needed Perform bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required   What You’ll Get up tp $5,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days) (based on experience) Guaranteed OT Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting in 30 days Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with 3% company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after 90 days Quarterly performance bonuses Employee appreciation events and holiday celebrations Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
