Porter - Block C Apartments

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Block C Apartments, located in San Marcos, CA!  As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.  Qualifications * Must be able to lift heavy items! * Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!! * Must have general maintenance skills.  * As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.     Compensation and Benefits * $20-$22/hour DOE * Monthly bonuses * Company profit sharing * Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year * 10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year * 40 Hours of Paid Sick Time * 401K with employer match * Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program * Life Insurance * Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account * Rental Discounts   California pay range $20—$22 USD MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
