Position: Reach Truck Operator (Cold Storage)Location: Austell, GAPay: $19-$21/hrJob Type: Temp to HireJob Summary:We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to support our client's daily warehouse operations in a cold storage environment in Austell, GA. This role is responsible for safely moving, storing, and staging products in refrigerated and freezer conditions while working closely with inventory and shipping teams to ensure accurate and efficient material flow.Responsibilities:Operate reach truck forklift to move, stack, and retrieve product in racking systemsWork in refrigerated and freezer environments while handling temperature-sensitive goodsLoad, unload, and stage shipments for inbound and outbound ordersPerform put-away, replenishment, and order picking as neededUse RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and transactionsFollow all safety procedures, especially related to cold storage operationsInspect equipment daily and report any issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with general warehouse duties as neededMust Haves:Recent experience operating a reach truck forkliftComfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periodsAbility to handle physically demanding work in cold conditionsStrong attention to safety and accuracyReliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shiftsPreferred Skills:Experience in food-grade or GMP-regulated environmentsRF scanner and WMS experienceExperience with high-volume warehouse operationsFlexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed#ZR
