What You'll Be Doing As our next Production Line Inspector - Operator (1st Shift), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality products by inspecting precision-molded components in a clean, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art environment where your attention to detail comes naturally. Safety is second nature; you follow procedures and quickly report any unsafe conditions You bring a strong sense of quality, inspecting products and packaging, ensuring SARSTEDT standards are consistently met Detail orientation is one of your strengths; you will verify part numbers, lot numbers, and labeling for accuracy and traceability You stay alert and focused, monitoring multiple semi-automated machines and catching defects early Organization and accountability are part of your work style; you document inspection results, production counts, and key information accuratelyKeeping things clean and running smoothly is something you take pride in, maintaining an organized workspace and supporting basic machine upkeep Your mindset is how we can improve; you support efforts to reduce scrap and improve overall production quality What You BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalent Character of exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity Basic math skills (add, subtract, simple calculations)Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Nice-to-Have: Previous manufacturing, inspection, injection molding experience.
