InterJet West- Toledo OhioJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our family-owned air cargo operation based in Toledo, Ohio. This role supports day-to-day aircraft maintenance activities with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability.Position ScopeThis position supports maintenance operations for affiliated Part 135 and Part 125 operators, with work performed primarily under the Company's FAA Part 145 Repair Station. As business needs evolve, this role may also support future customers operating under FAA Part 121, subject to applicable approvals and regulatory requirements.Job DutiesInspect, troubleshoot, and perform aircraft maintenance and repairs in accordance with approved dataRead, analyze, and interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, electrical schematics, company policies, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)Perform maintenance on ground support equipment as neededWork outdoors and in varying weather conditions as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:FAA mechanic's certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratingsA minimum of two years line maintenance experience, including exposure to heavy jet maintenance B737 experience is a plusPassport and/or ability to obtain passport within 60 days of hireMust be at least 18 years of ageEligibility to work in the United StatesValid driver's licenseMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraftSuccessful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checksAbility to obtain an airport SIDA badgeWillingness and ability to travel to recover aircraft, work with other bases, and/or meet the training needs of the companyAbility to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs will be occasionally requiredBenefits:Competitive compensation - commensurate with industry, experience, and base locationHealth/Dental/Vision Benefits with options for employee +/- dependents401K with company matchPTO accrualFamily-owned company with emphasis placed on work-life balanceFrequent training and growth opportunitiesInterJet West is an equal opportunity employer.
