This position plays a key role in supporting AEG's strategic accounts by ensuring smooth and efficient flight operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.Responsibilities:Assist with the coordination of flight operations, including permitting and flight followingSupport ground handling arrangements and logistics for domestic and international flightsProcure fuel and manage fuel-related logisticsServe as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryProvide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with strategic accountsProactively resolve issues that arise during flight planning and executionMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standardsCollaborate closely with the Flight Operations Manager and other internal teamsRequirements:Previous experience in flight operations, aviation services, or a related field preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office and operations software toolsA team-oriented mindset with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvementWhat We Offer:Competitive salary package.4 weeks of PTO to start + 6 paid holidays.Health BenefitsDental & Vision Insurance6% match on 401K.A collaborative and innovative work culture.Shift Schedule:Employees will work variable rotating schedules throughout the week, including rotating weekends, with four 10-hour shifts each week totaling 40 hours.
