ASME Welder Fabricator 2nd Shift

Job DescriptionHighland Tank is looking for a 2nd Shift ASME Welder to join our team in Manheim, PA.Job Duties:Weld and fabricate various tanks and components to ASME Section VIII Division 1 Code standards. Welding includes FCAW / GMAW, SAW, SMAWObtain company required certficiation for above within 60 days of hireCommunicate effectively with supervisors and co-workersSafely operate equipment including overhead cranes (training provided)Comfortable using electric grinding equipmentAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. climb ladders, work at heights up to 16 ft., and periodically work in confined spacesRead and interpret manufacturing blueprintsPerform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Plant Manager.Required Skills:• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.• Ability to follow written instructions in English in a high-volume manufacturing environment.• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.• Ability to work overtime as needed.Highland Tank offers a highly competitive wage.
