Role name: AI Business Analyst - Agentic Work site: Denver (Onsite) Contract Role Role Overview The AI Business Analyst converts business goals into AI ready requirements, clarifies use cases and success metrics, and specifies data/quality, policy, and process changes needed for GenAI and analytics solutions. The role supports discovery, service blueprints, acceptance criteria, and evaluation plans that enable safe adoption and measurable value. Key Responsibilities • Elicit and document use cases, intents, SOPs, policies, and process maps; define KPIs, guardrails, and acceptance criteria. • Produce clear functional specifications for AI features, including prompt/evaluation artifacts and fallback flows. • Collaborate with data and engineering on data quality, lineage, and access requirements; support user acceptance and readiness. • Contribute to change management plans, training content, and adoption tracking. Qualifications • 5–8+ years in business analysis or product analysis with data/AI exposure. • Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and written communication skills. • Working knowledge of analytics/ML concepts and human in the loop workflows. • Nice to have: experience with prompt/evaluation design and basic SQL or data profiling.
