Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Position OverviewMid‑State Sales is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are packaged securely, and coordinating outgoing freight with common carriers. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with LTL freight shipments and industrial products is a plus. Key Responsibilities Package and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and product quantities before shipping Label, palletize, and stage shipments for pickup Coordinate shipments with parcel carriers and LTL freight providers Print shipping labels, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate with warehouse and office staff to ensure timely order fulfillment  Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation  Previous warehouse, packaging, or shipping experience preferred Experience with LTL shipments and freight carriers is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs or more safely Basic computer skills for shipping systems and documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team  What We Offer Monday–Friday schedule Stable, long-term employment On-the-job training Supportive team environment ·         Growth and Career Advancement Opportunities
