Foreman

* Responsible for building an assigned job within a given schedule and budget. * Read plans, shoot elevations, and all scope of construction. * Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of laborers, truck drivers, and equipment operators engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of concrete & underground utility installation, backfilling and compacting of trench, the installation of trench shoring, and installation of street steel plating. * Operates, Instructs and trains employees in the safe operation of construction equipment and tools, and job techniques and skills. * Prepares time and other required reports; recommends purchase of tools, equipment, and material. * Supervise on site equipment operators, ensure proper maintenance, and safe usage of all equipment. * Performs all related work as required by Project Manager or Chief Operating Officer. M5 does require all applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
