From fire and water damage remediation to full service reconstruction, we lead the way.Essential FunctionsPerform high quality water mitigation servicesWater extractionPerform demolition tasksClean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damagedPlace and monitor drying equipmentFollow company guidelines for proper drying techniquesSet up the van at the job site using the proper set-up proceduresEstablish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipmentPerform job cleanup and breakdownEffectively lead a work crew, coach, and train techniciansExperience and Skill RequirementsIICRC certificationExperience in water mitigationAlways prioritize workplace and job site safetyLift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Take part of our on-call rotation work scheduleMust have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT med card for operating box trucksTechnology proficiency such as use of email, software, and apps to document jobs with photos CompensationYour compensation will vary by your experience level ranging from $17 - $21 per hour. This can be discussed during the first interview.
