Position SummaryShift Leads are front-line leaders accountable for operational execution, staff development, safety enforcement, and a predictable guest experience. You will serve as the manager on duty and set the tone for professionalism, performance, and culture each shift.⭐ What You'll Lead & OwnOperational LeadershipAct as the on-duty manager overseeing all park operations and team members.Ensure completion and verification of daily tasks through Jolt and in-park walkthroughs.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility at all times.Enforce all safety rules and company policies consistently.Guest Experience ExcellenceDeliver a predictable, elevated guest experience during every interaction.Support birthday parties, events, and peak rush periods with structure and confidence.Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining service recovery standards.Team Development & AccountabilityLead the Pre-Shift Meeting to align staff on priorities, assignments, goals, and standards for the shift.Motivate and coach team members using the seasonal Pride & Passion initiative.Hold staff accountable to expectations, professionalism, and task completion.Document performance concerns and follow the 3-write-up corrective process.Operational ExecutionOversee party flow, check-in, and room readiness with consistency.Ensure all attractions are properly staffed and maintained, using the iPad-based digital maintenance log to report issues accurately.Support sales initiatives, membership offers, concessions upselling, and retail goals.? Schedule RequirementsThis role requires dependable availability during high-volume times.Shift Leads must:✔ Work two weekend days each week✔ Close at least two nights per week✔ Maintain reliable, consistent scheduling availabilityAccountability is essential - flexibility is a bonus.?
