We're not just a SaaS vendor - we're a true partner, invested in the success of our clients.Location: St. Louis preferred (Remote considered for top candidates)Job Type: Full-time, Reports to: VP of SalesIn this role:We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in a full-cycle, mid-market SaaS sales environment. You'll be responsible for owning the sales process from discovery to close - identifying prospects, educating buyers, and building value-based partnerships with promotional product distributors. If you're motivated by impact, autonomy, and building something big, this role is for you.You'll Be Responsible For:Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, closeRunning tailored, consultative discovery calls aligned to MEDDPICC or similar frameworksEducating potential partners on how our tech, services, and network drive long-term growthManaging opportunities in HubSpot CRM with clean forecasting and clear next stepsCollaborating with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Marketing to accelerate pipelineExceeding monthly and quarterly targets (and helping the team do the same)You're a Fit If You Have:3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to mid-market businessesProven ability to meet or exceed quota in a high-velocity, outbound-driven motionExperience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CFOs, Owners, Ops, etc.)Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skillsFamiliarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar enterprise frameworksProficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)Bonus Skills:Experience selling to founders, owner-operators, or SMBs transitioning to mid-marketExposure to vertical SaaS or software paired with servicesBackground in promotional products, print, or distribution (not required)Why Join Facilisgroup?A mission-driven team in high growth modeOwnership of a healthy, open pipeline with strong marketing and SDR supportCompetitive comp structure with uncapped commissionsA product that delivers - with 99% retention and strong ROICulture of execution, accountability, and developmentThrough the principles of technology, supply chain and community, Facilisgroup delivers unparalleled growth to its partners within the promotional products industry.
