Parts Coordinator

HiFyve is hiring a Parts Coordinator in the construction industry in Milwaukee, WI!Salary: $22-$31/hrShift: 1stLocation: On-site, Milwaukee, WIJob Duties and Responsibilities• Process customer sales orders, including expediting and follow-up to ensure timely delivery• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead times in alignment with company policies• Coordinate release and shipment of parts orders as required• Read and interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical materials• Process customer credits and warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements• Source parts and manage vendor relationships to meet customer needs• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory transactions• Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and satisfaction• Collaborate with service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations• Perform additional administrative and support duties as assignedEducation Requirements• High school diploma or GED required• Technical or vocational training in parts management or related field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:• 3-5 years of experience in parts coordination or counter sales preferred• Strong knowledge of construction or heavy equipment parts• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CDK or similar ERP system a plus• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing• Customer-focused attitude with commitment to service excellence• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are interested, please apply
