The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the field, along with SIP certification and expertise in handling 4850 claims.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 annually (depending on experience)ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Provide leadership and guidance to the workers' compensation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Handle complex claims, including those involving 4850 benefits, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions.Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management.Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.SIP certification is required.In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.#LI-JJ1
