Swim Instructor

We are seeking positive, professional and energetic educators welcomed to our fun, respected and expanding family-owned company. Swim instructors will positively impact a child's life while having fun; you will love it.We seek:Experience working with children; the right attitude, however, is preferred over experience.Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts a week; more availability is preferable. At least one shift must be Sunday morning (4 hours).Able to train and work in King of Prussia.Enthusiasm and sensitivity for children of all ages; particularly pre-school age.Maturity to deal with very demanding, well-intentioned parents.Interest in aquatics, swimming, health, and well-being.Basic swim skills are a necessity; demonstrate all standard strokes if requested.Dedication to students; they are the focus of our business.Be punctual, polished and reliable.All swim instructors enjoy paid training in KOP for 20 hours depending on dedication, focus, skill, and enthusiasm.What We Offer:Starting pay between $15 - $17/hr with the opportunity to increase yearly401k with company matchingOpportunities for advancementTelehealth and Mental Health for employees and immediate familyPersonal Finance Management ProgramPaid Community Outreach ProgramSuccessful educators develop long-term relationships with their students, families, and colleagues.
