If you're detail-oriented, skilled in embroidery operations, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Interpret work orders to determine embroidery placement, thread colors, and design specificationsUpload logos and artwork into machines using Pulse softwareSelect proper hoops, thread colors, and backing material for each garmentSet up and operate multi-head embroidery machines with precisionMonitor machines during operation, performing thread and bobbin changes as neededConduct light finishing work, including steaming or ironing to smooth embroidery areasRepair defective embroidery or fill in blanks as needed (Stitch Busting process)Fold, pack, and prepare finished ordersAssist with quality control inspections to ensure top-tier resultsMaintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety proceduresAbility to work overtime during peak production seasonsIdeal Candidate Profile: Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating automatic embroidery machinesProficient with design uploads, hooping, thread selection, and using proper backing materialsFamiliarity with Pulse software (or similar embroidery software platforms)Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to troubleshoot machine issuesComfortable operating multiple machines simultaneouslyDependable, punctual, and capable of working efficiently in a team environmentWhat We OfferStable schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, year-roundProfessional development: Hands-on training and learning opportunitiesSupportive environment: Collaborative team culture with monthly incentives and eventsCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and ancillary coverage through BCBSIL401(k) & Roth options with employer matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysModern workspace: Clean, well-organized facility with updated equipmentCompany perks: Branded apparel and exclusive team recognition programs and Presidents Club eligibility.Available Shift and Pay: First Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pmHourly Wage: $20-22/hrIf you're an experienced embroidery professional who values quality, consistency, and a collaborative workplace, join Club Colors and help bring our clients' brands to life-one stitch at a time.Hourly Pay Range: $19-$20 USD
