Description:Ever since our opening in 2011, our vegan desserts (cakes, pies, cheesecakes and more) have been an important and substantial part of the classic American diner experience that we provide to our amazing guests. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our bakery team as we look to grow.We are completely committed to making everything from scratch, and to producing the highest quality product using the best ingredients. We welcome candidates with a genuine interest in the mystery and science of Pastry and would love to have someone on board who is serious about baking as a career (though passionate hobbyists are also welcome!). Please be detail oriented, able to multitask, and work flexible hours. Some cake decorating experience strongly preferred.We are currently looking for candidates interested in a full-time position, with weekend availability a must. We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience.Requirements:Hands on commercial or restaurant production experience. Leading a small team is a plus, vegan baking is also highly desired but again, not required.
