SUMMARY: In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. You will have involvement in special projects. You will work on and resolve end user support tickets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:PC preparation, installation and maintenancePrinter installation and configurationPC and printer hardware repairOS and application installation and configurationMaintain necessary inventory of spare partsPerform software and hardware auditsPC Network configurationProject planning and documentationPerform advanced PC troubleshootingProvide excellent customer serviceEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience. 4+ years enterprise desktop support.This is an on-site position.
