RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST (On-Call) a.k.a. Pool StaffBoley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for On Call Behavioral Health Technician/Pool staff. JOB SUMMARYThis position provides training in daily living skills to residents of Boley group homes, safe havens and supervised apartments. Maintains a safe and secure residential environment by performing security checks, bed checks, and crisis intervention as needed or per facility practice. Documents services provided to residents as per individualized Service Implementation Plans. *SHIFTS NEEDED* Evening & Overnight: 3PM - 11PM OR 11PM - 7PM. Occasionally needed - Day shift on Saturday and/or Sunday.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma/GED Six months of experience working in a human service organization. 30 hours of college credits can be substituted for experience. Experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, living skills training, medication monitoring.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSValid Florida driver's license required.Must pass a level II background check and drug screen.LOCATION: Various Group Residences in Pinellas County - as needed.
