Fermentation Operator - Weekend Days

Known for it's state-of-the-art facility and positive work culture, this organization is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the FDA-regulated food production environments and a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Pay: $24.50/hourSchedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Responsibilities: Operate equipment in a hygienic and safe manner in accordance with all processing proceduresOperate equipment such as fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, pelletizers, mills, and freeze dryersMonitor the production process and collect samples for various analysisPerform minor maintenance work and mechanical upkeepSafely moves equipment, product, and materials with powered pallet jacks Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment preferredBackground in industrial fermentation or pharmaceutical production is a plus #indMMIS
