Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician

Manufacturing Machine Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician to support daily production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial machinery. This hands-on role is ideal for a mechanically skilled technician with experience in both maintenance and machining-particularly with CNC machines, lathes, hydraulic systems, and automated production equipment. The technician will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service on production machines and equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.Diagnose and repair machine components such as motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, valves, and control systems.Install, align, and calibrate machinery, tooling, and production equipment.Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform real-time corrective maintenance.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventories.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment improvements and efficiency initiatives.Ensure all work is performed following safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.Qualifications and SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude with experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic electrical testing equipment.Understanding of machine schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and automated systems (preferred but not required).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.Experience working on CNC machines, lathes, hydraulic equipment, and machine shop tools is highly desirable.Benefits/CompensationFull TimePay Rate is $18-$25 per hourShift 1st shift 8a-4:30pWeekly pay while employed through Career ConceptsBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsTemp-To-HireBenefits after Probation periodLocationMcKees Rocks, PAAbout Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.Career Concepts is the leading locally owned staffing company in Western Pennsylvania and New York, dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities.
