As a supplier and development partner, we manufacture for renowned automobile producers such as AUDI, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Subaru, and Volvo. About The Job: * Servicing web portals by updating contact information, responding to part quality complaints, monitoring customer scorecards, determining recourse actions when negative ratings are present, and updating requalification segments of the portal according to customer requirements. * Providing monthly customer scorecards to the Head of Quality Engineering for compilation within the plant's KPIs. * Reviewing internal (Q-wall) and external sorting data and leading a crossfunctional team from production to reduce or eliminate sorts. * Tracking and reviewing monthly sales deductions for responsible projects and connecting them to the corresponding complaints * Maintaining test plans and control plans for assigned products. * Applying methods, practices, and procedures according to customer requirements, Motherson QMS, IATF 16949, EN 14001, VDA 6.3, etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is preferred. * 3+ years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing, preferably in injection molding, paint, and assembly. * Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and CSR requirements.Demonstrated knowledge of Core Tools, such as SPC, MSA, Control Plans, FMEA, PFMEA, 8D, etc. * Experience with OEM such as Audi, MBUSI, VW and BMW * Proficient in relevant computer software (MS Office, Minitab, QMS systems, customer portals, and others).
