Director, FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for leadership.Manage close processes and ensure accurate reporting of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.Develop tools and dashboards to support decision-making and resource allocation.Partner with cross-functional teams to align budgets and forecasts with operational goals. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Strong communication skills for presenting analysis to senior leadership.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Ability to lead and mentor a team while managing multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with emphasis on FP&A.Previous experience in corporate finance and three-statement modeling.Familiarity with GAAP and financial compliance standards.Prior experience in the entertainment industry.
