You'll gain exceptional expertise and then bring that knowledge back to Waukesha to help train and mentor your colleagues. What You'll Do:Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematicsPerform electrical installations on production lines and prototype buildsConduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standardsDocument all work accurately and maintain recordsOperate cable assembly equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issuesContribute ideas to improve processes and workflowsParticipate in a 2-3 month training program at our state-of-the-art factory in the Austrian Alps to learn our advanced assembly techniques Share your expertise by training and mentoring co-workers in the United States after returning from AustriaYour Profile:Completed training or certification in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronicsHands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioningBasic computer skills and familiarity with MS OfficeKnowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC)Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needsStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetSelf-motivated with a willingness to learnCommitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance)Valid work authorization for the United StatesINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
