This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership-support position within a small, high-quality residential care home environment.This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance and facility needs.Position OverviewThe House Administrator will serve in a dual role as both a caregiver and house manager, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining excellent resident care standards.Key Responsibilities:Caregiver Duties:Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Support residents with dementia and other age-related conditions.Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes appropriately.Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members.Administrative & House Management Duties:Oversee daily household operations for a six-bed care facility.Conduct grocery runs and manage household supply inventory.Assist with house budgeting and expense tracking.Coordinate life enrichment activities and community outings.Support positive team communication and morale.Serve as a liaison for family communication and support.Qualifications:Prior caregiving experience required (RCFE experience preferred).Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and manage both care and operational responsibilities.Compassionate, dependable, and proactive personality.Reliable transportation for grocery runs and outings.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who:Takes initiative and is a self-starter.Is warm, professional, and solution-oriented.Can maintain structure while fostering a welcoming home environment.Understands both the emotional and operational aspects of senior care.If you are passionate about senior care and ready to take on a leadership-support role within a close-knit environment, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
