To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: The Multimedia Designer is an experienced, talented designer producing creative, high-quality content that engages our customers across print and digital mediums.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related fieldResponsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team in the design and delivery of content for print, web, email, video, and social mediaApply Highland branding creatively to a variety of mediaCreate custom branding and designed collateral for advisorsMaintain organized content files and help to organize and archive existing filesEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with customers (internal and external) and vendorsEngagement in the Highland brand, culture, and dedication to customer serviceEffectively collaborate with IT Team and speak their languageRemain current on new developments in graphic design and marketing technology with the ability to recommend advancements for the companyBasic Requirements: Keen eye for aesthetics with strong visual communication skills, including the use of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and balanceExperience designing for print, email, web platforms, and social mediaProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)Proficient in Content Management Systems (Wix & SquarespaceWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSProficient in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, One Drive, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new applications quicklyGeneral computer skills (Mac)Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedbackAgile project management skills and commitment to meeting deadlinesA strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressureA drive to research, learn, and apply new skills to improve and expand the team's deliverablesTeam playerGeneral understanding of our company, customer segments, and industryPreferred Requirements: Video editing and animation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)Experience with SquarespaceExperience with Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience with CventExperience in the financial industry, life insurance, or annuitiesWorking knowledge of technology-based marketing applications such as SEO in collaboration with campaigns such as Google AdWords and AnalyticsAnalytical aptitude with an ability to translate data into everyday languageCurrent Employees and Contractors Apply Here
